Basically the same as the " Document Import Script ", except a GUI is added and compiled it into a nice convenient exe. (created because there were a couple of queries from people who were having difficulties using the VB script)

(sp2001) Import & Export Scripts
Export Script creates a local of a Document Library (or one of it's subfolders) and also extracts some Meta Data (Title, Owner etc). Import Script simply does the opposite
